Seeking Intelligent, Good-Natured, Reliable, Savvy, Forward-Thinking and Organized Assistant





Offered Part-time, Flexible assistant work with busy start-up entrepreneur managing multiple tasks surrounding 3 small businesses (www.BeWellLiving.com, www.EndlessMarket.com, www.EndlessConnect.com).

Typical tasks:

Light bookkeeping, organization, correspondence, client-communication, some straightforward internet-marketing and sales-support



Depending on candidate, duties may also include a small amount of personal tasks ie - errands, bank runs, etc.



Ideal candidate will :



Have experience with light-bookkeeping

Be Detail Oriented

Have Above-Average writing and phone-communication skills (English must not be a challenge whatsoever)

Be adaptable

Work with velocity and focus

Be MAC and PC proficient,

Be tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing new softwares

Have a strong familiarity with social networks, online networking platforms (Yahoo and Google Groups)

Be a skilled and diligent researcher

Be Self-starting

Be highly organized

Have proficiency with: Powerpoint, Excel, Word

Quick-learner

Be resourceful

Good creative eye (making flyers / Simple web-page maintenance - NO HTML or programming experience necessary)

Be good-natured, fun-loving and good-humored



Additional (lucrative) income opportunity if candidate is interested in simple sales/marketing related work that can generate generous commissions.



This position is perfect for a freelancer, artist/actor/musician, college student (Jr/Sr/Grad Student) interested in the internet startup world, online marketing, event promotion, leadership/management.



Schedule is flexible - approximately 8-15 hours per week and work will take place at Home Office (union square) and remotely from your own computer.

Compensation $9 per hour PLUS generous commissions based on the results you produce in marketing/sales.
